The experience of Rayma GLS in the management of translation services allows us to cover the main business sectors and cover more than 130 linguistic combinations, between the languages of Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
All of our translations are managed under the strictest quality standards: ISO standard 15038, guarantees that the translation and the revision are always carried out by two different native speakers that specialise in the sector. This means that once the translation process is completed, a comparative revision of the complete text is carried out.
In the case of any discrepancies arising between the translator and the reviewer, both check the document once again and if they are unable to reach an agreement, another professional becomes involved in the revision. Before delivering the project, the project manager responsible for the account carries out a final quality control by means of a non-comparative revision.
In some cases, it is necessary to carry out an additional review of the final lay-out of the documents to check that the texts have not suffered any unnecessary alteration during the process.
At the end of the process, a follow-up is carried out with the customer and the translation memories updated for future projects.
A sworn translation is an official translation that is delivered in physical format, given that it includes the signature, stamp and certification of a sworn translator appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (MAEC). This translation has the legal validity to be presented before any public or private body (ministry, court, consulate, notary office, etc.).
All our sworn translators have been appointed by the MAEC and are able to attest to the veracity and accuracy of the content of the translation within Spain. Likewise, we also have approved translators in the target countries in the case that validations are required within that country.
